Processing & Shipping

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available in the Hutto, Texas area.

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you'll receive an email as soon as your order is ready. Simply reply with the day you'd like to stop by, and I'll place your order on our secure pickup shelf that morning to help protect your paper goods from the Texas weather.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is handmade and packaged with care, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

If there's ever an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. I want you to love your purchase, and I'll do my best to make it right.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our premium vinyl stickers are durable and water-resistant, making them perfect for water bottles, laptops, planners, and more.

Are the bookmarks handmade?

Absolutely! Every bookmark is thoughtfully designed and assembled by hand with care and attention to detail.

Will my notepad look exactly like the photos?

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, but every product is photographed as accurately as possible.

Because each notepad is hand-cut, slight variations make every pad uniquely yours.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, gift wrapping isn't available, but every order is thoughtfully packaged and ready to brighten someone's day.

Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every product is designed, assembled, packaged, and shipped with care from my home studio in Texas. Because many items are handcrafted, slight variations make each piece uniquely yours.

Do you restock items?

Many of our products are created in small batches, allowing us to regularly introduce fresh designs and new collections. While some customer favorites may return, others may be retired once they sell out.

If you see something you love, don't wait too long—it just might not be around forever, making room for something new to love next.
